Refund policy

("We") TBOOonline will issue a refund if product/item is not as stated. You must notify TBOOonline within 15 days of receipt purchase if your item is not acceptable by you. Please send us an email to returns@TBOOonline.com. If we do not hear from you within 15 days we will not be able to issue you a refund, store credit only. Refunds will be granted if the item is delivered defective, broken, damaged or issued in error. All items must be in its original state including but not limited to wrappings, box, labeling and any original packaging. You must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We can not process a return without the (RAN). Please send an email request to returns@TBOOonline.com to obtain RAN. Refunds will be issued in the same manner it was received. Once we receive the returned item we will process it immediately.

Items will be replaced if wrong color, wrong size, or any fault on seller.

ALL RETURNS ARE PAID BY BUYERS
(Merchant will reimburse buyer's shipping costs as store credit if Merchant's fault)

If your refund is approve it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
