Refund Policy
HAIR EXTENSIONS, WIGS, AND HAIR BUNDLES ARE RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT BEEN USED, CUT OR WORN (14 DAYS RETURN/REFUND POLICY) NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 14 DAYS.
PLEASE SEND EMAIL TO OUR OFFICE FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON RETURNING ITEMS DUE TO COVID-19.
("We") TBOOonline will issue a refund if product/item is not as stated. Refunds will be granted if the item is defective, broken, damaged or issued in error. Please send an email request to services@TBOOonline.com. Refunds will be issued in the same manner it was received. Once we receive the returned item we will process it immediately.
Items will be replaced if wrong color, wrong size, or any fault on seller.
You must notify TBOOonline within 14 days of receipt of your item via email to admin@TBOOonline.com if your item is not acceptable by you. If we do not hear from you within 14 days we will not be able to issue you a refund or store credit. You have 30 days to return the item. If your refund is approve it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days depending on your bank or finacial institute..
ALL RETURNS ARE PAID BY THE BUYER. (case by case)
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 15% restock fee paid for by the buyer for any items that is returned without fault of seller.
(Merchant will reimburse Buyer's shipping cost as a store credit if Merchant is at fault)
